CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION ON BERNSTEIN-BADSHOP.COM

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Participation in the competition takes place online via the online shop bernstein-badshop.com, operated by NEXTREND - GmbH. Employees of NEXTREND - GmbH and persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation.

2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

• I have taken note of the data protection notice for participation in the competition. By participating in the competition, I accept the General Terms and Conditions.

3. PERIOD OF PARTICIPATION

• The competition runs monthly from the first to the last day of the respective month.

4. PARTICIPATION

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• Each person may only take part in the competition once.
• Participation via automated mass participation procedures of third parties is not permitted.

5. PRIZE

• The prize is a €250 voucher for the bernstein-badshop.com online shop.

6. PRIZE DRAW

• If there is more than one participant, the winner will be drawn by lot.
• The winners will be notified by email.
• The prize draw will take place in the first two weeks of the following month.

7. TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE

• Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
• The prize in the form of a voucher code will be sent to the winners by e-mail and can only be redeemed in the online shop.
