Shipping time

This allows to verify the actual availability of each item in a glance.
Our products are very safely packaged and delivered on pallet or by International parcel.
Immediately after your full payment is received, your items will be shipped. Standard shipping time is 6 to 8 business days.
Please keep in mind that pallet deliveries are perfomed curbside, any other arrangements to transport/move the product after delivery will be responsibility of the customer.
Please consider that the carrier will call you to fix delivery date/time so kindly remember to indicate your phone number (or mobile number) when performing your order.
Temporarily unavailable items:
If an order is placed for an item that is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be informed immediately and then be notified again by email/telephone as soon as the goods are again available.
In case of sold out items that will not be restocked, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, the customer will be promptly informed and a full refund will be issued in case the payment had already been made.
