For all our delivery countries, fixed shipping charges are debited (flat tariff also for multiple orders): 19,-€ for International parcels and 69,-€ for DHL Freight Shipments on Pallet.
In case of deliveries to island, a supplement for the costs of transport by sea from € 600, - will be additional calculated.

Our products are very safely packaged and delivered on pallet or by International parcel.
Immediately after your full payment is received, your items will be shipped. Standard shipping time is 3 to 5 working days.
Please keep in mind that pallet deliveries are perfomed curbside, any other arrangements to transport/move the product after delivery will be responsibility of the customer.

Temporarily unavailable items:
If an order is placed for an item that is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be informed immediately and then be notified again by email/telephone as soon as the goods are again available.
In case of sold out items that will not be restocked, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, the customer will be promptly informed and a full refund will be issued in case the payment had already been made.
